This IRCTC spot is tucked into Gali No. 11, specifically at House Number 4/420. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a big name like the Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation, but we make it work. New Delhi is full of these small lanes where business happens behind regular doors. We mostly handle the local coordination for food and travel arrangements. It’s a small team here. We don't have those big sprawling hallways you might see in the main government buildings. Instead, it’s a few rooms filled with stacks of papers and some very busy landlines. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real break. It gets crowded when the weather is bad because everyone is trying to figure out their travel plans at the same time. We aren't here to win any design awards.
