We’ve been based out of this spot in Brij Vihar for a while now. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main parts of Ghaziabad, but being here in the LIG flats at C-574 A gives us a quiet place to get things sorted. Most people know the Irctc name from the trains, but here at our office, it’s mostly about the paperwork and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. It gets pretty loud during the day with the traffic outside and the general hum of the neighborhood, but we’re used to it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us a chance to grab some tea from the stall around the corner. We try to keep up with all the bookings and the constant questions from travelers, though it feels like there’s never enough time in the day. It’s a lot of work making sure things run right on the tracks when we’re sitting here in Ghaziabad. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. It’s not some big corporate tower; it’s just a practical space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. We’ve had some good years here in Brij Vihar, and we just keep plugging away at it, day after day.
