We are set up at C-1/22 in Bhagya Vihar, which is part of the Mubarakpur area in Nangloi, Delhi. It’s a bit of a trek from the center of the city, but we like it here. This place is all about the trains and travel bookings that IRCTC handles. The office is basically a room with some desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Nangloi is a busy, working-class neighborhood, and you can always hear the traffic and people outside. We spend a lot of time on the government websites trying to get tickets booked before they sell out. It can be pretty stressful when the system slows down and there’s a line of people waiting. We don't have any corporate art on the walls or fancy coffee machines. It’s just us and the work. Sometimes we bring lunch from home and eat at our desks. The building itself is just a regular house that's been turned into an office space. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Bhagya Vihar over the years as more people move in. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, log in, and try to get as many people their train seats as possible. There’s no secret to it, just staying patient and clicking the buttons until the job is done for the day. It’s a lot of screen time but we are used to it by now.
