This specific branch or office for Irctc is tucked away in Munirka Village. We are located at H.N. 352, E/5A. It’s actually care of Mr. Sudarshan Kumar’s place. Munirka is a very busy part of New Delhi-16, with lots of students and people living in tight quarters. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It can be a bit chaotic outside with the narrow lanes and all the bikes parked everywhere. Inside H.N. 352, we just try to keep things organized. It’s not a polished corporate floor like you might see in a movie. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Sudarshan Kumar is around sometimes, and the whole setup feels more like a community spot than a cold office. We deal with whatever comes up, usually lots of forms and records. The village vibe is definitely there, and you can smell food cooking from the neighbors' houses during lunchtime. We’ve been here for a bit, and everyone in the immediate area knows the building. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. If you’re coming to see us, just follow the main path through Munirka Village until you hit E/5A. It’s a real place with real people just doing their jobs. We try to keep it simple and get through the work.
