This branch is located at F-25, Om Vihar, in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi-110059. It’s a busy little spot. We use the Irctc name, but we operate out of this specific building in Om Vihar. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and dealing with the booking system. Sometimes the system is slow and everyone has to wait, which can be frustrating, but we just manage it as best as we can. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a practical office for the neighborhood. We are here from morning until evening, making sure the paperwork is right and the travelers are set.
