I.R.C.T.C

We are located at F-117 in Katwaria Sarai. If you know New Delhi, you know Katwaria Sarai is one of those places that stays busy all day long. It’s got a lot of students and people working nearby, so there is always something going on outside our door. The office here for I.R.C.T.C isn't some huge skyscraper. It is just a regular building tucked away in the streets. Finding F-117 can be a little tricky if it's your first time because the numbering in this part of Delhi isn't always perfectly lined up. We have our desks set up and the phones keep ringing most of the time. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction that always seems to be happening somewhere on the block. We don't have a big sign out front that glows in the dark, just the name I.R.C.T.C so people know they found the right spot. The rooms are a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Lunchtime is usually noisy with everyone heading out to the local stalls. It is a very grounded place to work. No one wears fancy suits here; we just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. It feels like a real neighborhood office. It’s just how things are at F-117. We have been here for a good while and the space suits our daily needs. It’s just us doing our jobs.
