Our location is at A-118 on the first floor in Subhadra Colony. This is over in the Sarai Rohilla area of Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Sarai Rohilla is always moving because of the railway station nearby. You can often hear the trains in the distance if it’s a quiet morning. Subhadra Colony itself is a mix of people living there and small offices like ours. We are up on the first floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if the windows are open. It’s a standard Delhi office setup. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of paperwork. It gets very busy here during certain times of the day. There is no big sign outside, just the address. We don’t really go for anything flashy or corporate. It’s just a place where we sit and handle the tasks for the day. Sometimes the mailman gets confused with the house numbers, but we usually find him. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler. That’s where most of the talking happens. People in the colony are friendly. We see the same faces every day when we come in. It’s not a shiny new glass tower in Gurgaon; it’s a real part of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the stairs feel familiar under our feet every single morning when we arrive for work.
