You can find us at T-22 in Baljeet Nagar, which is quite close to West Patel Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a very crowded part of the city with lots of narrow lanes and people constantly moving back and forth. Our office is a functional space where we handle some of the catering and tourism work for the railways. It’s not a big corporate building with security guards and glass elevators. It’s just a regular place with some desks and plenty of old files stacked up. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working on the computer systems. It gets quite noisy because of all the activity in the street outside. People sometimes come in person when they have trouble with their bookings or want to ask about a tour package. We try to help them as best as we can, even though it gets a bit chaotic during the busy seasons. Our office is simple, with basic furniture and a couple of ceiling fans that have seen better days. Most of the staff have been here for a long time, so we know the local area and the railway systems very well. We don't have any big promotional displays. We just focus on getting the jobs done. It’s a lot of work, but we take our tea breaks when we can and just keep moving through the day. It’s a real, honest workplace in the middle of a very busy neighborhood.
