We operate out of D46 in Motinagar, even though our name mentions Faridabad. It’s a bit confusing for some folks, but this is where we spend our time. The building is an older one, but it does the job. We have desks set up in a way that lets us shout across the room if we need anything. It’s easier than sending messages. We handle a lot of administrative stuff and general coordination here. The floors are concrete, and we’ve got a few posters on the walls to make it look a bit more lived-in. Delhi can be pretty dusty, so we’re always wiping down our screens. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. There's a kettle in the corner for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. People come and go throughout the day. We don't really have a strict dress code; most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the commute. It’s a basic operation. We focus on the tasks that come in each morning and try to have them finished by the time the sun sets. There isn't any grand strategy behind it. We just show up, do the work, and head back to our homes in the evening. It’s a quiet life in a loud city. We’ve been here long enough that the nearby shopkeepers know us by name now.
