Intrepid Travel

We are up on the second floor of E-11 in Lajpat Nagar. If you know the market area, it’s not too far from all the noise and the shops, which is nice for lunch breaks. The office isn't massive, but we’ve got enough space for the desks and the computers we need to get people sorted for their trips. Working in travel means the phones are usually ringing or someone is emailing about a flight or a tour. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for some time now. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes finding parking downstairs is a real headache for us and the visitors. We don’t really do the whole fancy lobby thing. You just walk up the stairs and you’re in the middle of where we work. We handle a lot of different bookings, mostly focusing on getting the details right so people don't get stuck somewhere they don't want to be. The team here is just a bunch of regular people who like seeing new places. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with all the schedule changes. Lajpat Nagar-3 has its own charm, even if it gets crowded on weekends. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork. It’s a lot of logistics, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it all by now.
