Intouch Solutions

Our small spot is at B/263 on Street Number 3 in Majlis Park. It's a typical Delhi neighborhood, with houses close together and narrow lanes. We've been here for a good bit now. At Intouch Solutions, we mostly deal with technical stuff and fixing things that people bring in. It's usually just a couple of us in the back with tools and parts scattered around. The front room has a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait, though it gets a bit dusty because the window faces the street. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If something is broken, we try to see if it can be fixed. Sometimes it takes longer than we thought because we have to wait for a specific part to arrive from the market. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a bit hot in the summer because the fan doesn't always do much, but we keep working. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping out the people who walk through our door. We keep our own hours mostly, but we’re usually there by ten in the morning. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood, and we try to do it right.
