Intouch Communication

We are over in Rohini Sector-9 at LSG 7, which is part of the 35 building area. Intouch Communication has been operating from this spot for a bit. It’s a typical commercial area, so there are plenty of other shops nearby. We mostly deal with mobile phones and mobile plans. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We have some posters on the walls and a few desks for people to sit at while we sort out their paperwork. Sector 9 is a pretty organized part of Rohini, but it still gets busy, especially on the weekends. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking connections and activation statuses. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we just have to wait it out with the customers. We’ve gotten to know the regulars who come in to top up their accounts or ask about new gadgets. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. The light in the shop is a bit bright, and the air conditioning struggles when the door keeps opening and closing all day. We just try to keep things moving so people aren't waiting too long. It’s just a normal place where we do our work and go home. Nothing too complicated about it.
