Our office is in Kotla Mubarakpur at F-525. If you know Delhi, you know Kotla is a very tight, crowded area with lots of shops and people everywhere. We are right in the middle of that. We mostly deal with visa paperwork for people heading to Spain or Morocco. It’s a lot of form-filling, checking passports, and making sure all the photos are the right size. The office is small and usually smells like tea and old paper. We have a few benches for people to sit on while they wait for us to check their documents. It gets quite loud outside with the bikes and the vendors, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a big agency with flashy signs. We just have a small board outside. Most people come to us because they live nearby or someone told them we know the process well. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking for updates from the embassies. It can be stressful when someone needs a visa urgently, but we do what we can. We stay open late sometimes when the workload is heavy. It's just a regular service shop in a busy New Delhi neighborhood. We don't try to make it look like something it's not. We just handle the visas and keep things moving. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through before we can finally head home at night.
