You can find us over at C-3, 67 Sangam Vihar in New Delhi. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few maps pinned on the walls, and plenty of phone lines that ring throughout the day. Working in the travel industry means we are constantly talking to people and trying to figure out routes or tickets for them. Sangam Vihar isn't the easiest place to navigate if you're new here, but we’ve been at this address long enough that we know all the shortcuts and back lanes. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction work always happening nearby, so we are frequently wiping down the computer screens and keyboards. We don’t use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on our own handwritten lists and a few basic spreadsheets. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes we have to stay late when a trip needs urgent attention or a booking goes wrong, but usually, we head out once the sun goes down. The lighting in the office is a bit dim in the corners, but it works fine for what we need to do. We don’t have a uniform or any dress code, just regular clothes. It’s just a handful of us making sure the travel arrangements get done properly. We don't even have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’ve found the right spot.
