International Travel House Ltd.

Our office is situated at G-11 A in the Baisla Complex, which is right by the Badarpur Border. It’s a hectic spot because of all the trucks and cars moving between Delhi and Haryana all day. International Travel House Ltd. has this small corner here where we manage travel bookings and transport. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we can meet people and get things sorted out. The noise from the border traffic is something you just get used to after a week or two. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and clients. Sometimes things get delayed because of the roads, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It’s a lot of problem-solving and checking schedules. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have maps and calendars to help us work. Most of us have been working here for quite some time, so we know the drill. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the office as tidy as we can. We usually have lunch at the small dhabas nearby which serve decent enough food. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished talk. We just want to make sure the cars and trips we organize actually happen without too much trouble for anyone involved.
