International Tours & Travels is the name of our small agency. We are based at A-454 in Shastri Nagar, which is right next to Ashok Vihar in Delhi. The pin code is 110052. We have been at this location for a good number of years. It’s a ground-floor spot, so it is easy for people to just walk in and ask about train tickets or holiday packages. The office is full of old registers and travel books. We don't have anything too modern in terms of decor. It’s just some chairs for the customers and our desks. Shastri Nagar is a very lively area, and it can get quite loud with the market nearby. We are used to the sound of rickshaws and people talking outside. We help folks with all kinds of travel, whether it's just a trip to another city or something further away. It takes a lot of time to get all the paperwork right, especially for the international stuff. We just sit here and do the bookings one by one. Sometimes we stay late when it’s the holiday season because everyone wants to go away at the same time. It’s a bit of a squeeze in the office when it’s busy, but we make do. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local business in the Ashok Vihar area trying to help our neighbors travel without too much stress. We just like to see people go on their trips.
