International Tours & Travels is located at G-5, Radhey Puri, right near the Lal Mandir in Krishna Nagar. If you know the temple, you know exactly where we are. This part of Delhi is always moving, with bikes and rickshaws everywhere. Our shop is small, just a single unit on the ground floor. We’ve got posters of places we’ve never been to on the walls, and a couple of old chairs for people to sit while we look up prices for them. We don't use any fancy booking software that does everything automatically; we still like to check things manually to make sure they are right. It’s a lot of work dealing with passports, visas, and train bookings, especially when the rules change every other week. We aren't a big travel portal with a thousand employees. It’s just a couple of us who know the travel business. Some days we spend more time chatting with the neighbors who drop in for a glass of water than we do selling tickets. We like it that way. It feels more like a community spot than a cold business office. The air conditioner hums a bit too loudly and the door sticks sometimes, but it’s home for us during the day. We just try to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We've been here for years and hope to stay.
