Our office is at G-187 in the Sriniwas area of New Delhi, close to Puri. It’s a typical Delhi building, a bit crowded and always feeling a little warm even with the air conditioning on. International Sos Services India Pvt Ltd operates from here, and it’s a fairly busy environment. We deal with a lot of coordination and logistics, so the phones are almost always ringing. It’s not a glamorous place. The walls are a plain off-white color and there are rows of desks with computers and headsets everywhere. We mostly focus on getting people the help they need when they are traveling or in a spot of trouble. Because we are in New Delhi, the traffic outside is constant, and you can hear the horns honking all day long. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and a fridge that never seems to have enough space. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We don’t use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. We just get the work done as it comes in. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small offices, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a tea during the break. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do, keeping us grounded in the middle of a very busy city. We just take it one day at a time.
