We operate out of Flat 315 in the Dwarkadheesh Apartment complex. If you’re familiar with Sector-12 in Dwarka, you know it’s a mostly residential area with lots of families and small businesses tucked away in the various pockets. We are in Pocket-2 specifically. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, which is actually pretty good when we have a lot of things to get through. The apartment isn’t a massive corporate suite or anything like that; it’s more of a functional space where we handle the business. We have our computers set up and enough chairs for when we need to sit down and figure out the day’s tasks together. International Hospitality & Leisure Ventures Pvt Ltd is just the name on our door, really. Behind that, it’s just a few of us working through the usual daily pile of stuff. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, at least. Being in Dwarka is convenient because most things are close by, but we're still right in the thick of the New Delhi bustle. We don’t have any grand slogans or fancy lobby areas with plants. It’s just a workspace in a residential block. We try to keep things organized, though papers do tend to pile up on the desks by the end of a long week. We just get on with the job and try to keep things as simple as possible. It's a steady way to work and it suits us.
