International Hospitality & Leisure Ventures Pvt Ltd is run out of Flat 315 at Dwarkadheesh Apartments. We are tucked away in Sector 12, Pocket 2 of Dwarka. It’s a pretty standard residential complex for this part of New Delhi. If you’re trying to find us, just look for the entrance near the local market. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a flat we converted into a working space a few years ago. We have our computers and some filing cabinets taking up most of what used to be the living room area. The phone rings a lot, that number 011-45537198 is usually busy throughout the day. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the weather or local maintenance, but we get through the work regardless. We aren't a big flashy company with a marble lobby. It's mostly just us sitting here handling the leisure and hospitality paperwork. Most of the time, we are busy with emails or talking to vendors on the phone. It gets a bit noisy during lunch when everyone is heating up their food in the small kitchen. We have been here for a bit now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s convenient for getting to the metro station when we need to go into the city. The security guards at the gate know all our staff members. We just do our work and go home like everyone else.
