Our office is located at B-83 Suahant Apartments in Sushant Lok Phase - I. We’ve been here in Gurgaon for quite a while now. The name International Hospitality & Leisure Ventures Pvt Ltd sounds a bit grand, but we are really just a small group of people working out of an apartment. It’s a comfortable way to work. We have a kitchen where we make our own lunch and a balcony where we can stand for a few minutes to get some air. The 122 002 area is quite busy, but inside the apartment complex, it’s relatively quiet. We deal with a lot of planning for travel and leisure activities. It involves a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you just ring the bell like at any other home. We’ve gotten to know the other residents in the building over the years. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. Sometimes we work late into the evening when there's a lot to do, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office. It just feels like a place where real work happens with people who care about what they do.
