We are located over at 21/66 Subhashpuri in the Kanker Khera area of Meerut Cantt. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but this is where we’ve set up our call center operations. The building is right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Inside, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a place like this—lots of computers, rows of desks, and everyone wearing headsets. We run shifts at all hours, so the office never really sleeps. Even in the middle of the night, you’ll see the lights on and hear the hum of the air conditioners. We don’t have a fancy lounge or any of those modern office perks. It’s just a place where people come to work their shifts and talk to customers from all over. The neighborhood of Subhashpuri is quite lively, and there’s always a place to get tea or snacks nearby during breaks. We’ve got a mix of younger staff and some older ones who have been in the industry for years. The internet connection is our lifeline, so we spend a lot of time making sure the technical side of things is working. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We aren't trying to change the world; we just provide a place for people to get their questions answered. We have been here for a while.
