Interglobe Technology Pvt Ltd.(Indigo Airlines Process)

Out here in Nehru Vihar, at E-63/64, things stay pretty busy. We handle the Indigo Airlines process, so there's always something going on with flights or passengers. It’s not a fancy airport lounge though. It’s a plain building in Delhi-11Oo54, right near the Civil Lines post office. The air inside always smells a bit like coffee and old paper. We have rows of desks where people sit with their headsets on, talking through the day's issues. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on a call at once. The street outside is always crowded with people heading to the metro or grabbing food from the local stalls. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the elevator sometimes takes a while, so most of us just walk up. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t spend time on fancy decorations or corporate slogans. We’re just here to make sure the work gets finished. When the shift changes, you’ll see a bunch of us heading out to the nearby shops to grab a snack. The lighting inside is that bright fluorescent kind that makes you lose track of what time it is. We keep the AC running most of the year because Delhi gets so hot. It’s not the most glamorous spot in the city, but it’s where we get the job done every single day without fail.
