Interglobe Technologies

Interglobe Technologies is on the 3rd floor of H-53 in Annandvas, which is part of the Shakurpur area. Walking up those three flights of stairs every morning definitely keeps us awake. We are in Delhi-34 and the neighborhood is always humming with activity. Our office is pretty functional with rows of desks and a lot of tangled cables. We work on various tech things, mostly sitting in front of computers for eight or nine hours a day. It’s not the most glamorous work but it’s what we know how to do. The windows don’t offer much of a view, mostly just the rooftops of other buildings in Shakurpur, but we don’t spend much time looking out anyway. We have a small fridge in the corner that mostly just holds water and someone's leftover lunch. We don't have a corporate handbook or any complex rules. We just show up, do the tasks that are assigned, and head home when the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late when a server goes down or a client has a problem that can't wait until morning. It’s a lot of typing, a lot of coffee, and occasionally some frustration when the code doesn't work. We're just a group of people who are good with computers. Our desks are a bit messy with old notes and empty mugs, but we know where everything is. It's just a regular workplace where we try to stay busy.
