Our office is located at Flat Number 1, 78-79 in Prem Nagar. That is over in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a busy part of town, very lived-in and always moving with people and traffic. We are mostly focused on the technical side of things, handling data and support for various clients. The office isn’t a massive corporate building; it is a flat that we have converted into a working space. It works well for us because we are close to where a lot of our staff lives. It gets a bit noisy outside with the street traffic and the local markets, but inside we are usually just focused on our screens. We started out small and just kept at it over the years. There is always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is a very functional, plain space. We handle a lot of technical tasks that keep businesses running in the background without much fuss. Most people wouldn’t even know we are here if they weren’t looking for the specific flat number. It is a humble spot, but we get a lot of work through the door every day. We drink a lot of tea and just try to stay on top of the emails and the tickets that come in.
