We are working out of House Number 242 in R.K. Puram, Sector 12. It’s the home of Mr. Msz. Negi. Being in a residential sector makes it feel much different than a commercial office. The street is lined with trees and there are kids playing outside in the afternoons. Inside, we have set up our workstations in the main rooms. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the servers and the desks, but we make it work. We have our lunches together in the kitchen area. It feels more like a family than a company sometimes. We have to keep the noise down so we don't bother the neighbors. The internet cables run along the walls and there are power strips everywhere. We spend our days coding or fixing technical issues on our screens. R.K. Puram is a quiet part of New Delhi compared to the markets. You can hear the vegetable sellers calling out their prices in the mornings. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes have trouble finding the right house. It’s just a regular house from the outside. Inside, it is all computers and headsets. We take turns making coffee. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big building. We just focus on our tasks and go home when the work is done. It is simple and we like the quiet.
