Down in Mayur Vihar Phase-3, we have our setup at 177-B A/3. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, always something happening outside the window. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. It’s a tech place, so there are wires everywhere and screens glowing at all hours. We aren't a big glass building, just a regular office where we show up and do our tasks. Delhi-96 is a bit of a trek for some, but we make it work. The team is mostly local folks. We drink a lot of tea and coffee and try to stay on top of the projects. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real pain when you're in our line of work, but we find ways around it. It’s not glamorous at all. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. But the work gets finished eventually. Most people here have been around for years. We know the shopkeepers downstairs. It’s a little community. We don't have a big reception area or a fancy sign. Just a door with the name on it. We spend our days coding or fixing things that broke. It’s honest work. The commute can be rough with the Delhi traffic, but once we’re inside, it’s just us and the computers. We keep things simple and try not to get too stressed when things get busy or when the deadlines start piling up on the whiteboard.
