We’ve been at this ground floor spot in Andrews Ganj for a while now. Road No 3 isn't too quiet, but it’s where we get things done. Most days at Interglobe Aviation start early because that’s just how the airline world works. You won't find anything fancy here, just desks and people trying to keep things moving. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't really see when they're at the airport. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and folders, but we make it work. Living and working around New Delhi 49 has its own rhythm. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies. It’s more of a place where we sit down, drink some tea, and focus on the day’s tasks. People stop by sometimes to ask directions because they get lost looking for other buildings nearby. We try to keep things organized, though it’s a constant battle against the mess of paperwork. It’s just us doing our jobs in this little corner of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our spot on the ground floor stays pretty much the same. It’s a practical place for practical work. Nothing more and nothing less than that. Just a small part of a much bigger operation that keeps people moving across the country.
