We are situated in Sector 16 of Rohini, over at H-5/56. It’s a residential-feeling area in New Delhi, so it doesn't feel like you’re in a massive business district. The office is basically in a house-like building, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold skyscraper. There’s a small gate at the front and some stairs you have to climb. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with files and people talking on their headsets. We are part of Interglobe Avaiation, and we spend a lot of time coordinating things, but the office itself is very grounded. You can hear the neighbors and the street vendors passing by outside. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make room for new people or equipment. The lighting is a bit yellow, and the fans are always on high because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and find whoever you need to talk to. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together in the small back room. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We’ve been at this Rohini address for some time, and it just feels like home now. We don't try to look bigger than we are; we just do the work and go home. There is always a stack of papers to get through, but we manage to stay on top of it.
