Interglobe Air Transport

We have been based out of this office at J-170 in Saket for a while now. It is a busy spot in New Delhi, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of the city. Being Interglobe Air Transport means we spend a lot of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who walk through our door. It is not always easy because the systems can be a bit slow some days. We have got a small team here and we just try to keep things moving. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls from people asking about their bags or wanting to change their travel dates last minute. The office itself is pretty functional, nothing too fancy, just desks and computers and plenty of tea being made in the back. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes it tough, but the AC usually holds up. We know the neighbors around here well. It feels like a regular local spot even though we are dealing with planes and international travel. People stop by because they find it easier to talk to a human being than clicking buttons on a website for hours. We do the paperwork, handle the bookings, and try to make sense of all the different airline rules that seem to change every week. It is just daily work for us, keeping the office running here in South Delhi 17.
