Intercontinental Parkroyal,New Delhi

Our office for Intercontinental Parkroyal is tucked away in Vikaspuri. Specifically, we’re in Flat No.C-228 at the N.D.M.C Society in Keshavkunj Apartments. It’s H-3 Block, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the layout of New Delhi-18. Living and working out of an apartment society is different than being in a commercial building. We know all the neighbors and the security guards at the gate. There’s a lot of paperwork that comes through this flat. We handle bookings and coordination from here. It’s mostly just us and a couple of desks with phones. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up and we have to walk up, which keeps us moving I guess. We don’t have a big neon sign outside because it’s a residential society, so we just use the doorbell. The space is a bit cramped with all the files we have to keep, but it’s home for the business. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the main hotel or guests. It’s a lot of coordinating schedules and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. Vikaspuri is a busy area, but once you get inside the society gates, it’s a bit more peaceful. We’ve been here for a few years and have gotten used to the routine of the apartment complex.
