Intercontinental Eros

Our address is Ews 32/2 in B- Block, Part 2 of Ramprastha Colony. We are out here in Ghaziabad, which has its own pace of life. The office is known as Intercontinental Eros. It’s located in a part of the colony that feels very local and lived-in. You’ll see people hanging out laundry or washing their scooters nearby. It isn't a high-rise office building. It’s a practical space. We have a few desks squeezed in together. The lighting isn't the best, so we usually have a couple of desk lamps going. We get a lot of noise from the street outside, mostly horns and the occasional street seller. It keeps things from being too quiet. We’ve got a small fan that rattles in the corner during the summer months. There’s no big corporate culture here. We just know each other’s names and get on with the day’s tasks. Sometimes we share snacks that someone brought from home. It feels honest. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow. We don’t have a fancy elevator. If you come by, you’ll just find us working through our lists and answering emails. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of place. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We just care about finishing the work we have in front of us. It is just a regular spot in the middle of the colony.
