Intercontinental Eros, Nehru Place

Our workspace is actually located in B 401 of the Mansara Apartments in C 9, Vasundhara Enclave. It is a bit of a distance from Nehru Place, but this is where we handle the majority of the day-to-day coordination for Intercontinental Eros. The apartment is on the fourth floor and we’ve basically turned the living room into a main office area. There are stacks of paper on the dining table and a few computers hum away all day long. It’s a busy place and sometimes it gets a little loud when the neighbors are out in the hallway or when the delivery guys come by. We like being in Vasundhara Enclave because it’s a residential area and feels more like a home than a cold office building. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with fancy chairs. It’s just us in our regular clothes, drinking tea and making sure all the bookings and paperwork are sorted out correctly. The commute to the city can be really tiring with the Delhi traffic, so we are glad to have this spot as our base. It is a practical setup that works for us. We don't worry about looking polished or corporate; we just focus on getting the work done so everything runs smoothly. It’s a bit cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is and we keep things moving as best as we can.
