Our office for Inter Globe Aviation is located at Rzf-1036 in Raj Nagar Part-2, which is right in Palam Colony. It is very close to the airport, which is necessary for the kind of work we do every day. It is a really busy neighborhood, and our building is just one of the many crowded spots on that street. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes tasks for the airline operations. There are always people coming in and out, mostly our own staff or pilots and sometimes people looking for a job. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It is a practical, slightly cramped space where we get the actual work done. We spend our days looking at various flight charts, handling the staff rosters, and making sure the local New Delhi operations are running. The traffic in Palam can be a total nightmare, so just getting to the office in the morning is a bit of a struggle for most of us. We have been here for a long time, and the people living nearby are used to seeing us around. There is a lot of noise and energy in this part of town. We do not have time for polished speeches or fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand. If a flight gets delayed, we definitely feel the pressure here. We are just regular folks trying to do our part.
