Inter Continental The Grand New Delhi

We are based over at Inter Continental The Grand on Barakhamba Lane. This part of New Delhi is always moving, with a lot of offices and people rushing around. Our work happens inside this big building, but we are just the regular staff trying to keep everything running. It is a lot of coordination between different departments. We spend most of our shift handling the logistics of the hotel operations from the back offices. It isn't always as polished as it looks in the lobby. Behind the scenes, we are dealing with schedules, supply orders, and a lot of phone calls that never seem to end. The pace is pretty fast because there are always guests coming and going. We do not really have time for anything except getting the next task done. Whether it is fixing a booking error or making sure the kitchen has what it needs, we stay busy. Barakhamba Lane is a prime spot, so we see a lot of traffic outside our windows. We have got a team of people who have been here for years, just doing their jobs. We are not trying to sound important, we just do the work that is required for a place this size. It is a lot of long hours and making sure the small details do not get missed. It is just how we operate every day in the heart of the city.
