We are based at 65/59 in the 5C Block along New Rohtak Road in Karol Bagh. Even though some old records might mention Madhya Pradesh, we are firmly planted here in Delhi 110005. Karol Bagh is a very active part of the city, and our office sits right in the thick of it. We work on communication technology and related services. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. Inside, you will find a lot of cables, testing equipment, and some very tired-looking chairs. Our team handles technical support and installations. It is a lot of troubleshooting and talking to people on the phone to figure out why their systems aren't working. The traffic on New Rohtak Road is almost always heavy, so the sound of horns is just part of our daily background noise. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby full of plants. We are more of a "sleeves rolled up" kind of place. Most of our work is done on the fly, responding to whatever issue comes up next. We have a few technicians who are out on the field most of the day. When they come back, the office gets a bit crowded. We just try to keep the communication lines open and solve the problems as they come. It is a busy, functional workspace where we focus on the hardware and software. We usually order tea from the stall at the corner to keep everyone's energy up during long afternoons.
