Intellicom Contact Centers (Jindal Group- Delhi)

Down in Sunder Vihar, specifically at 6/207, is where you’ll find our Intellicom office. We are part of the Jindal Group, so there’s always plenty of activity going on inside these walls. Paschim Vihar is a busy part of Delhi, and our building fits right in. We spend most of our time on phones and computers, handling calls and sorting out whatever comes through the system. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is just the nature of a contact center. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered with schedules and reminders. We have a small break area where we grab quick meals and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. The commute to 110087 can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on getting through the shift and making sure the data is entered correctly. It’s a practical environment. No one here is trying to sound like a corporate brochure. We’re just staff members doing our jobs, sitting at our desks, and making sure the lines stay open. It’s steady work and we keep a pretty consistent routine. Some of us have been here for years, while others are just starting out. We just keep the wheels turning for the group and make sure the calls get answered properly.
