Intelenet/Ebookers

Our place is at 58-A in Madangir. It’s an older part of New Delhi, and it stays pretty busy all day long. We operate as Intelenet/Ebookers from this building. It’s not a shiny new tower; it’s a solid, functional space. Inside, there are rows of desks and people with headsets on. Since we deal with travel stuff and bookings, there’s always someone talking about flights or hotels. It can get a bit noisy when the morning shift crosses over with the afternoon folks. The street outside 58-A is always full of life, with vendors and people walking by. We’ve been here for a while, so we’re a bit of a fixture in Madangir. The office has its quirks, like the one desk where the fan always squeaks or the corner that gets too much sun in the afternoon. We drink a lot of chai from the guy who comes by with his kettle. It keeps us going through the long hours. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just handle the bookings and the customer queries as they come in. It’s hard work, but the team is good. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our spot stays the same. It’s just a regular workplace where everyone is trying to do their best and get through the pile of emails. Madangir is a loud place, but once you’re inside, you sort of get used to the hum of the computers and the people.
