We are located in a house in Sector 3 of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. House number 1105 to be exact. It’s a bit different working out of a residential building, but it makes for a much more relaxed environment than those big glass towers. We do outsourcing work here, mostly handling data and some customer queries for different companies. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out. We’ve set up the rooms with desks and computers, and we have a small break area in the back. It’s not a massive operation, just a group of us who know each other well and get the work done. Ghaziabad can be quite hectic, but being in Sector 3 is actually quite nice. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and see us working. It gets a bit warm in the summer months, but we have the AC units running. We keep a regular schedule, starting early and finishing up by the evening. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. We focus on accuracy and making sure our clients are happy with the data we send back. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us here in Vasundhara. We like the quiet life here.
