Intelenet

Intelenet is based over at A-25 in Azadpur. If you know anything about this area, you know it’s one of the busiest places in Delhi because of the huge fruit and vegetable market nearby. There are trucks moving in and out at all hours, and the energy is just constant and a bit overwhelming. Our office is right in the thick of that. We handle a lot of calls and data work here. It’s the kind of place where you have to be able to focus even when there’s a lot of shouting and noise outside. We aren't a fancy firm with a lobby and a fountain. We just have desks, chairs, and people who know how to talk to customers and solve their issues. The pace is fast because that’s just how Azadpur is. If you’re slow, you get left behind by the rest of the city. We take our breaks when we can, usually grabbing something quick from the food vendors nearby. The team is a mix of young folks and some who have been here for years. We don’t really bother with long speeches about what we do. We just pick up the phone and solve the problem. It’s hard work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. But we come back the next day and do it all over again because that’s the job. It’s honest, it’s busy, and it’s very much a part of the daily life in this part of town.
