Intelenet

We’re tucked away at F-14/13 in Krishna Nagar. This part of Delhi is always moving, and so are we. Intelenet is basically just a group of us sitting at our stations, taking calls or processing data. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. The office is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it’s ours. We’ve got a little break area where we talk about the weekend or the latest cricket score. We don’t have any of those fancy slogans. We just show up at 9 and leave when the work is done. Krishna Nagar is a tight neighborhood, so we see the same faces at the tea stall every morning. It’s nice to have that sense of community. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of keyboards clicking and phones ringing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep coming back tomorrow. Our desks are cluttered with personal stuff—photos, old pens, and sticky notes everywhere. It’s a real place where real work happens. Nothing more, nothing less. We like it that way. It's just us doing what we need to do to get through the pile of folders on the table.
