Intelenet

Our place is at 122-A, New Layal Pur, over in the Jagat Puri area of Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't used to the streets. Intelenet is basically where we handle a lot of the back-end stuff that keeps businesses running. We have a lot of computers and people with headsets on, mostly just talking and typing all day. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is on a call at once. It’s the kind of place where you always have a cup of chai on your desk to keep you going. We don’t have any of those fancy office perks you see in movies; it’s just a functional space for us to do our jobs. The neighborhood is full of small shops and people going about their business, so it feels very local. We’ve had people working here for years, and some who just started last week. It’s a mix. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed, though it can get stressful when we have a lot of work coming in at once. We don’t spend time making ourselves sound like some big important firm. We are just a group of people in Jagat Puri doing what we’re hired to do. Sometimes the internet is slow or a computer acts up, and we just deal with it and keep moving. We are mostly focused on getting the tasks finished before the shift ends.
