Intelenet Impact

Intelenet Impact is the name on our door, and the office is up on the third floor of a building in Saini Basti, over in Kotla Mubarakpur. If you've been to this part of New Delhi, you know the lanes are narrow and it's always packed with people and scooters. Finding 1591-B can be a bit of a challenge for the first-timer. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the local chai wallahs and the noise of the market below is just background music to us now. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. Inside, it’s a mix of desks and people on headsets or typing away. It’s not a silent office by any means. There is always someone talking or the sound of the ceiling fans humming. We don't have a view of the park or anything; mostly we just see the rooftops of the buildings nearby. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have all the staff in at once. We share a small pantry where the kettle is almost always on. It’s a hardworking environment where nobody really puts on any airs. We just get in, do the work that needs doing, and navigate the busy streets when it's time to go home. It feels like a real part of the city, tucked away in the middle of all that life. We just keep our heads down and get through the shifts.
