We are based at G-223 in Nauroji Nagar. It’s a part of New Delhi that stays pretty crowded throughout the day. Our office is a straightforward workspace where we handle service-related tasks for different clients. We have a lot of computers set up and people are usually on headsets most of the shift. It’s not the kind of place that looks very fancy from the outside or the inside. It’s just a functional building where we get our work done. We’ve been here for several years now, and the routine is mostly the same. We show up, log in, and handle whatever comes our way. The area around Nauroji Nagar is good because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which helps when the days get long and tiring. We don't have a big reception area or a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just desks and files. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a branch doing its part. We have a mix of staff, some who are just starting out and some who know the place inside out. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; we just focus on the queues and the data we have to process. It is a very practical way to run things, and it works for us.
