We are based over at 37-C, Pocket-C in Sidhartha Extension. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the Bala Sahib Gurudwara is. Being near the Gurudwara gives the area a certain feel, especially in the mornings when things are just starting up and you can hear the prayers. We run Intelenet Global Services from this office. It’s a busy place with a lot of people on headsets and computers. We handle all sorts of service work and back-office tasks for different clients. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional one with rows of desks and plenty of cables everywhere. The Sidhartha Extension is a decent part of New Delhi, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We don't have a big reception area with fancy couches or art. Usually, you’ll just see people rushing to their shifts or taking a quick break outside. It’s a high-energy environment because the work never really stops, day or night. We deal with calls and data all day long. The building is solid, though it can get a bit crowded when the shifts change and everyone is trying to get in or out at once. We don't bother with corporate slogans. We just focus on meeting the daily targets and making sure the systems stay online. It’s just a group of regular people working hard in a local neighborhood to get the job done for companies around the world. It’s practical, it’s noisy, and it’s where we spend our time.
