Walking through Gali Lallu Missar in Sadar Bazar every morning is quite an experience. It’s crowded and loud, but that’s just how things are in this part of Delhi. Our office for Intelenet Global Services is at number 3479. It’s right in the middle of all the market action. You have to navigate around the carts and the people selling all sorts of goods just to reach the door. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. It isn't like those polished offices in the newer parts of the city. We have old walls and the sound of the market is always there in the background. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of us have been with the company for a long time, so we are like a small family here at 3479. We handle a lot of global services, which sounds very important, but on the ground, it’s just us sitting at our computers and talking on the phones. The area has a lot of history, and you can feel it in the old buildings. We like it here because everything we need is just a few steps away. It’s honest work in a very busy part of town. If you ever visit us, be prepared for the crowd and the noise, because that is just Sadar Bazar life.
