We are located on the second floor of Wz 480 in New Delhi. It is not the easiest place to find if you are not looking closely, and you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to us. The building is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it suits us just fine. We have been doing global service work from this spot for quite some time. Because we deal with people from all over, the office is often active at odd hours. You might see the lights on late at night when the rest of the street is quiet. We have a few clocks on the wall showing different time zones so we do not lose track. It is a small team and we all sit pretty close together. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. The area around Wz 480 is always buzzing with activity, and there are plenty of small shops selling snacks and drinks right downstairs. We do not have any big mission statements or fancy posters on the walls. We just come in, put on our headsets, and get to work. It is a straightforward operation. We deal with whatever problems come our way and try to keep things moving. It is just a regular job in a regular part of Delhi, and we like it that way.
