We are Intelenet Global Services, and you can find us at K-10 in Shri Nivaspuri. It’s a bit of an interesting spot right on the edge of things here in New Delhi. We do a lot of back-office work and help out with various service tasks that keep other businesses running. Our office isn't one of those high-rise buildings you see in the movies. It’s a practical space where we sit down and get through our daily lists. We deal with a lot of data and phone calls, making sure that everything is logged correctly. Sometimes the power goes out or the air conditioning struggles with the Delhi heat, but we just keep at it. It’s a team of regular people here, not some faceless corporation. We know each other's names and usually share snacks during our breaks. The neighborhood around Shri Nivaspuri is pretty lively, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. It’s not always glamorous work, looking at spreadsheets and answering queries all day, but it’s important. We just try to be accurate and get the work finished on time so we can go home to our families. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just here to provide the services people need from our corner of the city. It’s a simple, hardworking life for all of us.
