Intelenet Global Services is our name and we're based at L-4, Palika Niketan in New Delhi. The address is a bit confusing because it mentions Haryana too, but we are in the 110022 area. It’s a pretty standard office building, nothing too impressive from the street. Inside, it’s just a lot of people working on computers and talking on headsets. We provide various services for companies. It’s a very functional space. We have rows of desks and a small area where people can heat up their lunch. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lounge or free snacks. We just focus on getting the work done. The staff is mostly local people who take the bus or the metro to get here. The atmosphere is pretty busy and can get quite noisy when everyone is on a call. We don't have any promotional slogans or big posters on the walls. It’s just a place of work. We’ve been here for a while and have a steady routine. The neighborhood has a few shops where we get our snacks and tea. We don't try to pretend to be more than we are. We are just a service center doing our job every day. It’s a practical, no-frills environment. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks we have for the day.
