Intelenet Global Services is located on the 2nd floor of J 1/23 in Khirki Extension. This is part of Malaviya Nagar in New Delhi. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes of Khirki Extn, you know it’s a real maze. Our building is right in the middle of all that life. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people and rickshaws. The office itself is pretty plain. We have rows of desks and a lot of wires running everywhere for the computers. It’s a bit noisy because of the street sounds and the hum of the air conditioners. We don’t really have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few notes taped up. Shanti is mentioned in our address, and it’s a name people recognize around here. Working in Malaviya Nagar means we are close to everything, which is nice for lunch breaks. We spend most of our time dealing with service tasks and talking to clients. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. We aren’t a big fancy corporation with a gym or a cafeteria. We just have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s a simple setup for a business that’s just trying to get its work done properly every day. We’ve been here for a bit and we know the rhythm of the neighborhood.
